The
Problem

They had a podcast. Good episodes, real audience, consistent schedule. What they didn't have was anyone turning those episodes into blog posts. It wasn't a priority until it was — until someone realized they'd published 40 episodes and had almost nothing for Google to find.

the system

The RSS feed updates when a new episode goes live. Make detects it, pulls the audio, and sends it to OpenAI for transcription. A second model reads the transcript and writes the blog post: title, meta description, focus keyword, formatted body copy. By the time it’s done, WordPress has a published post with every Yoast SEO field already filled in.

One thing worth noting: podcast audio isn’t always well-behaved. Standard transcription models struggled with the streaming headers the host uses. Switching to a newer model fixed it. Small detail, big difference.

our solution

The episode went live Tuesday. The blog post existed Wednesday. Nobody scheduled that.

what’s different now…

Forty episodes in the archive. Forty posts, transcribed, written, and live. The podcast and the blog now move together without anyone connecting them manually.
