The
Problem

The concern with AI writing your emails isn't that it's bad at writing. It's that it might write something confident and wrong, and you won't catch it until after you've hit send. That's a reasonable concern. This system was built around it.

the system

Every morning, the inbox gets processed. The AI reads each email, classifies it by priority and tone, checks it against a knowledge base, and drafts a response. Then it assigns a confidence score.

High confidence: the draft is ready to review, flagged green. Medium confidence: yellow, worth a closer look. Low confidence: it goes to a separate review queue and doesn’t become a draft at all.

The AI handles the reading, the classifying, the writing. The human handles the judgment calls. That’s not a limitation of the system. That’s the design.

our solution

The heavy lifting is automated. The discernment stays human. That's the point.

what’s different now…

Inbox processed every morning before the workday starts. Routine emails handled. Uncertain ones flagged, not guessed at. The AI does the work. The human makes the call.
