Problem
The Content Loop was growing. New members coming in through Stripe, onboarding happening in pieces — someone checking a spreadsheet, someone creating a ClickUp task, someone sending a welcome email, someone building a Google Drive folder. Not every time. Just most of the time. Close enough to work until it wasn't.
the system
Stripe fires the moment a card charges. Make wakes up, creates the member record in Airtable, and assigns a stable ID that follows that member everywhere, through upgrades, cancellations, and reactivations. ClickUp gets a task. Google Drive gets a folder. ActiveCampaign gets the signal to start the welcome sequence, in the right order, to the right person.
There’s also a retry system. Because webhooks fail sometimes, and “it usually works” isn’t a system.
Eleven things. One trigger. Nobody pressed a button.
