The
Problem
A real estate agent's job is to sell houses. Writing property flyers is not selling houses. It's describing square footage and finishes and community features, and doing it again for the next listing, and the one after that.

the system
When the seller evaluation is complete, one click in Monday.com starts the sequence. Make pulls the property details from Google Sheets — everything the agent already collected. GPT reads it and writes the flyer: three headline options, a property description, a list of home highlights, community features.
One constraint worth mentioning: the AI is only allowed to use facts from the evaluation. No invented details, no embellishment. In real estate, that matters.
The finished copy lands in a Google Doc, formatted and ready to hand off. The link writes itself back into Monday.
our solution
I click a button in Monday.com and 32 seconds later there's a flyer link in the next column.

what’s different now…
The agent spends her time on the phone, not at the keyboard. Every listing gets polished copy. The process is the same whether it’s one listing or ten.
